These Terms govern your use of the website https://tuluko.ai and the applications https://app.tuluko.ai and https://chat.tuluko.ai (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Credits — virtual units that are consumed when you use the Platform’s content-generation or automation features.
Purchased credits / Paid credits — credits acquired by you through a top-up (payment) processed by Stripe.
Bonus / Promotional credits — credits granted by Tuluko.ai at our discretion for marketing, gamification, onboarding, or other promotional activities. Bonus credits have no monetary value.
Consumed credits — credits already used to perform generation/automation actions. Consumed credits are final and non-refundable except as set out below.
- The Platform uses a credit-based model. Each manual or automated generation or automation action creates a transaction that deducts credits from your balance.
- All transactions are visible in your User Dashboard → Latest Transactions.
- Once credits are consumed (used to generate content), they are considered final and cannot be reversed, reissued or exchanged for cash.
- You may top up your balance using Stripe. Payments are processed in EUR (or otherwise displayed at checkout).
- Tuluko.ai does not store raw card data. Card details are securely stored and tokenized by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.

- Tuluko.ai may grant bonus or promotional credits for campaigns, onboarding, gamified tasks, referrals, or other marketing activities. These credits:
- Are provided at Tuluko.ai’s discretion;
- Have no monetary value and are non-refundable;
- May be time-limited, revoked, or modified by Tuluko.ai at any time.
- Details of currently available top-up offers, bonus campaigns, and pricing are published on our Pricing page: https://tuluko.ai/pricing. This page is authoritative for pricing and offer details and may be updated more frequently than these Terms.
- Refunds are available only for unused purchased credits (i.e., credits purchased via Stripe that remain in the account and have not been consumed).
- To request a refund for unused purchased credits, submit a request within 14 days from the purchase date. Refunds are subject to review and may be reduced to account for chargebacks, fees, or confirmed abuse/fraud.
- Welcome credits and bonus/promotional credits are not refundable.
- Tuluko.ai reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or where the request is otherwise unreasonable.
- Tuluko.ai provides AI tools for content generation, transformation, and publication. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
- You are responsible for choosing the appropriate features, parameters and for verifying the results of AI-generated content before publication or distribution.
You must not use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Generate or distribute content that promotes or incites hate speech, discrimination, violence, terrorism, defamation, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or otherwise illegal or harmful activities.
- Produce or knowingly distribute false information intended to mislead or cause harm (disinformation), or spam, phishing, or unsolicited mass messaging.
- Attempt to harm, overload, or exploit the Platform, including attempts to reverse-engineer, access non-public interfaces, or interfere with operations.
- Bypass Tuluko’s payment or credit mechanisms, including but not limited to: manipulating requests to avoid credit consumption, employing bots/scripts to generate content at scale without corresponding credit usage, sharing paid access to third parties for resale, or otherwise circumventing billing.
- Automate mass/commercial use of the Platform (e.g., bots, scripts, crawlers, resale, API-based automation) without explicit written permission from Tuluko.ai.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent the origin of generated content, or remove attributions required by law or third-party terms.
Tuluko.ai reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or access that violate or are reasonably suspected of violating these Prohibited Activities. We will cooperate with law enforcement and affected parties as required by law.
- You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you generate using the Platform, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights. Tuluko.ai does not claim ownership of your generated content.
- By using the Platform you grant Tuluko.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process (and if needed distribute for operational reasons) your content where necessary to provide the service (including caching, backups, and latency reduction).
- You are solely responsible for any content you create, publish, or distribute that was generated using Tuluko.ai.
- You agree not to use the Platform to produce, publish or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or in violation of any third-party terms.
- If Tuluko.ai becomes aware of content that violates these Terms, we may remove it, suspend the associated account, or take other actions as necessary.
Tuluko.ai’s core compliance and anti-abuse measures:
- Payment processing — All paid top-ups are processed by Stripe. Tuluko.ai only receives tokenized payment references; full card data is not stored on Tuluko.ai systems. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
- Credit model = access control — Credits are the Platform’s unit of consumption; the credit ledger and transaction history act as the primary access and usage control mechanism (analogous in function to a per-seat or per-license entitlement). This ledger is recorded and auditable for every transaction.
- Fraud & abuse controls — real-time monitoring for anomalous usage patterns, rate-limits, anti-automation rules, IP/device fingerprinting, and automated throttles for suspicious activity. Confirmed abuse may lead to account suspension and denial of refunds.
- Logging & auditing — Detailed logs of transactions, API calls and generation requests are retained for operational troubleshooting, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Data protection — Tuluko.ai processes personal data under GDPR principles. Payment data handling is delegated to Stripe. Tuluko.ai implements encryption in transit and at rest for relevant data and follows least-privilege principles for internal access.
- Dispute & refund workflow — Refunds for unused credits are handled via a documented internal workflow: validation of account activity, balance check against transaction ledger, fraud checks, and Stripe settlement coordination.

- Tuluko.ai complies with EU GDPR requirements. We collect and process only the minimum data required to operate accounts and payments.

- Tuluko.ai may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account (with or without notice) if you violate these Terms or for operational/security reasons.
- On termination, unused purchased credits may be eligible for refund according to Section 3.4, subject to verification. Promotional/bonus credits will be forfeited.
- The Pricing page (https://tuluko.ai/pricing) lists current top-up offers, credit packages, and promotional details. Tuluko.ai may update pricing and offers at any time. Changes to pricing or promotional structures do not necessarily require immediate changes to these Terms; however, material changes to how refunds or critical user rights are handled will be communicated in line with Section 12 below.
Tuluko.ai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the Platform and via email where appropriate. Continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and EU law where applicable. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
